Joe Hong is the Chief Information Officer and the Chief Financial Officer. He brings eighteen years of valuable consulting and application development experience to VSI. Formerly a Senior Systems Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Joe is responsible for providing aggressive financial management and directing a prominent, high-performance technical team to implement the IT Outsourcing Services and outstanding Custom Solutions achievements. His proven record includes successful management with a perfect blend of reliability and affordability.

Joe received his Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in Computer and Information Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida and has assisted companies in the financial services and insurance industries.
