3-5 years experience
in Oracle HRMS and Oracle Advanced Benefits implementation and
development.
Knowledge in: Oracle Advanced
Benefits Functionality, Fast Formulas, Life Event Processing, Batch
Participation Process, Certification, Self-Service Enrollment.
Extensive experience in: SQL Navigator,
Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Plus,
Database 9i, Reports, Forms; SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Database
Triggers, and Shell Scripts; HRMS Tables; Custom PLL and Customizing Seeded
Reports, API and Data Conversion;
Forms Configurator and Templates.
Strong oral and
written communication skills to support and interface with customers.
Other Requirements:
Certification that the
individual is authorized to work within the United States, and has workers
compensation and commercial form liability coverage within the State of
Florida, prior to final selection of a candidate to fill this requirement.
Desired Skills:
Experience in the
following areas is a plus: Oracle Self-Service, Oracle Workflow, System
Administration, KBACE.
