CST III - Customer Service and Support

Skills Required:
  • Experience supporting Windows 2000, XP, and Windows Office applications.

  • Experience using and supporting Symantec Anti-virus, Ghost imaging and Spy Sweeper software.

  • Experience with Dell hardware and fiber cable and copper Ethernet cable.

Other Requirements: 

May have to lift personal computers/terminals (40 lbs.), boxes and supplies.

Desired Skills: Ability to communicate with customers and provide customer service and support, problem analysis, determination and resolution.  Provide clear and concise phone support.  Ability to explain clearly how to correct a computer problem, deal with a variety of personnel, and keep accurate records.

Pay Rate: Depending On Experience
Job Location: Palatka, FL
Position Description:

Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues using remote desktop tools (i.e. SMS 2.0 client & Ghost Console).  Provide application support for standard hardware and software products.  Perform routine maintenance tasks on hardware and software, as required.  Document technical solutions and inputs into a solutions database (Remedy).
