Requirements
We have provided services to our client on four occasions. First, enhance their professional image by providing them with a great design that conveys their professional image in the industry. Second, assist them in simplifying their registration processes and administrative functions. Third, further improve their registration processing by transmitting their payment online. Fourth, need to increase sponsorship opportunities for members.

Solution
First solution, we designed a new layout to increase the ease of navigation, accessibility and consistency throughout the site. To increase the professional image, a Flash animated image and static images were created.

Second solution, we automated their registration process to allow users to register online with payment information for the upcoming event in a secured environment. Once registration is completed, a selected auto notification based on the event type is generated and sent to the registrant. In addition, we developed an administrative system to allow authorized users to add and update events, users and generate reports in a secure environment. Four reports were developed.

Third solution, we established a real time credit card authentication and processing.

Fourth solution, we designed a new look for the website that allows sponsors to display their logo on the website. In addition, we develop an online sponsorship application to allow sponsors to register, add new and renew sponsorships. This allows companies to establish their own profile to track their current commitments and associated statistics (ie. number of impressions and clicks through).
