Joe Hong is the Chief Information Officer and the Chief Financial Officer. He brings 18 years of valuable consulting and application development experience to VSI.  He joined VSI from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida where he served as a Senior Systems Analyst.  At VSI, Joe is responsible for providing financial management and directing a world-class technical team for both IT Outsourcing services and Custom Solutions efforts.

Joe received his degree in Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Computer and Information Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida and has assisted companies in the financial services and insurance industries.  His assistance on the development of solutions and their implementation in a broad range of strategic business initiatives have proven innovative and cost effective.
