Our team has extensive experience in data extraction, conversion, and integration including complex solutions involving massive data conversion from multiple sources to a single source. VSI data conversion and integration capabilities enable a client’s existing data to be modified and integrated into new or different applications or systems. We perform conversion and implementation of customer-owned applications, systems software, and COTS software, hardware, and firmware. We develop project plans with milestones, an initial working prototype, the full-scale, converted system, and conduct detailed requirements analyses to define the functional requirements and conversion or implementation objectives.

VSI reviews user information, systems architecture, and identifies the hardware/software incompatibilities prior to the initiation of conversion/integration projects. We also coordinate cut-over to new systems, test converted applications in a non-operational environment, and implement system upgrades during off-peak or non-duty hours.
